Delivery Address Changes
We cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation & Address Errors

Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, we recommend refusing the package and contacting us immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence and appears damaged, please email us at contact@baglybag.com with photos of the parcel and its contents.
