When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Saturday). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
For the United Kingdom, the delivery time is 6 to 10 days (Monday to Saturday).
What is the total delivery time?
For the United Kingdom, the total delivery time is 7 to 12 days (Monday to Saturday).
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of £2.95 for all orders.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return costs.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us at contact@baglybag.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return address in France and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days. The money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at contact@baglybag.com.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days. Please send us a photo of the damage immediately so we can resolve the issue.
