Return and Refund Policy

Return period

  • Change of mind (Cancellation): You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to cancel and return your item. Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.
  • Faulty or defective items: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to report a faulty or defective item and receive a full refund or a replacement.

How to return an item

Contact us: Send an email to contact@baglybag.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return authorization: After verification, we will send you a return authorization with return instructions.

Preparing your package: Carefully pack your item (original packaging appreciated but not required as long as the item is well protected) with any tags and accessories, and return it using a tracked shipping method.

Return costs & Initial Shipping

  • Defective or damaged product: Return shipping costs are fully covered by BAGLYBAG.
  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • Initial delivery costs: If you cancel and return your entire order within the 14-day period, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid at the time of your order.
  • No restocking fees are applied to any returns.

Return address

To initiate a return, please send your items to our central office listed below. Please note that return shipping costs for a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in new/resellable condition. If the product is not suitable, contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return conditions

  • Change of mind: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a new/resellable condition.
  • Defective product: Contact us within 30 days. Return costs are covered and a replacement or full refund will be offered.
  • Damaged on delivery: We strongly recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receipt (photos/videos may be requested to speed up assessment).
  • Wrong item received: We cover return costs and ship the correct product immediately.
  • Lost parcel: If confirmed by the carrier, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

Order cancellation

  • Before shipment: Cancellation is possible within 1 hour if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After shipment: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt as part of your statutory rights.

Refund processing times

  • Refund processing: Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return (please note that your bank/processor timelines may vary, usually taking an additional 3-5 business days).
  • Refund method: Processed through Shopify Payments, credited back to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
