Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange, a refund, or to report an issue with your item.

How to return an item

Contact us: Send an email to contact@baglybag.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return authorization: After verification, we will send you a return authorization with return instructions.

Preparing your package: Carefully pack your item (original packaging appreciated but not required) with any tags and accessories, and return it using a tracked shipping method.

Return costs

  • Defective or damaged product: return costs are covered by BAGLYBAG.
  • Change of mind: return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • No restocking fees are applied.

To initiate a return, please send your items to our central office listed below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in new/resellable condition. If the product is not suitable or if you encounter an issue, contact us to arrange an exchange or return.

Return conditions

  • Change of mind: item must be unused, undamaged, and in new/resellable condition. Original packaging is appreciated but not strictly required if the item is well protected.
  • Defective product: contact us immediately. Return costs are covered and a replacement or full refund will be offered.
  • Damaged on delivery: please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (photos/videos may be requested to speed up assessment; their absence does not automatically void eligibility).
  • Wrong item received: we cover return costs and ship the correct product immediately.
  • Lost parcel: if confirmed by the carrier, you will receive a full refund or a replacement.

Order cancellation

  • Before shipment: cancellation is possible within 1 hour if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • After shipment: you can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt.

Refund processing times

  • Return request: must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refund processing: refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect your return (bank/processor timelines may vary).
  • Refund method: through Shopify Payments, credited to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
